Project :: Star Wars™ Vader Yourself™ Voice Modulator Application
Challenge ::
To create a iPhone™ application that will take a users voice and make the sound byte come out as Darth Vader's mechanical voice. The project required interface designs for the voice modualtor dashboard controls, introduction screens and the HELP section, along with a dash of intergalactic magic.
Results ::
The project took on a dark and dramatic look to echo the mood and personality of the Sith Lord, while creating excitement and familiarity for Star War fans, both young and old. The interface concept launches with the mask of Vader animating to an inside/out view, where the user becomes Vader. The control panel uses a replica of the Darth Vader breast plate as the platform. Simple, direct, and useful buttons help the viewer learn the app quickly for hours of fun playing with the dark side of the Force.
